The forums are the right place for almost everything. Bug reports for MyRGB, a device that won't light up, a build you want picked apart, a disagreement with something we wrote. The Bench is where the technical arguments happen.
Posting needs an account, which takes a minute and gets you a name rather than a drive-by. Nothing is sold, nothing is upsold, and there is no sales pipeline on the other end of any of this.
